Just a few random photos from the last roll of Mikki and I being silly that I thought I'd post. I can't wait until uni is finished (43 days!) so I get to be around people I can photograph. I started a little money box where I put all my loose change to use for buying and developing film.

Aurora

This post is dedicated to my adorable puppy Aurora who turned 1 this month! She is such a little poser, what a cutie. I'm really digging this film also. Instead of posting this whole roll at once I think I'll do it in little increments through out the week.

First ever roll

Here's my first ever roll of film from my Canon AE-1, nothing amazing so far but I am so happy that this camera works! I can't wait to fiddle with it! The weather has been a bit glum the past few days so I haven't really been able to go out and test it properly, I can't wait for beautiful sunsets!

I'm looking forward to summer holidays so I can spend time with my friends and take photos of them, three cheers for cooperative friends!

Today I went to my good friend Cass's house today to snap some quick photos for a uni assignment, we were going to out to take them but the weather was so crazy today that we couldn't (seriously it rained, hailed, shined and rainbowed today! oh Melbourne)

I think I will go get this roll of film developed tomorrow, I hope it works or I will scream!

Today sucks

Today sucks because I went to go get my first roll of film developed from my Canon AE-1 only to discover that the film was completely blank, needless to say I am completely devastated. I think I must have loaded the film incorrectly. I had a fiddle with the new roll when I got home and I think everything is going to be okay. On the plus side this adorable pineapple shirt from ASOS came in the mail and on the weekend I bought tickets to go to The Falls Festival in Marion Bay, Tasmania which is really exciting because I have never been to a music festival before.

I really hope this film thing works out because I will cry.

I can never decide which song off 'Wonder' is my favourite, but Love Letter is definitely up there. I love her dreamy voice.

Love this song, reminds me of rest stops on road trips and grabbing an ice cold refreshment.

Brilliant brother and sister act from New South Wales

Possibly one my my favourite covers ever, I love the way she has transformed the song into a completely different genre.

Teenage Time Capsule

This is my best friend of of 14 years, Mikaela and I when we were 16 years old. We finally went and got these photos developed 3 years after they were taken, it was kind of like opening a mini time capsule. If you have any undeveloped disposable cameras or film lying around I recommend developing it, you'll be surprised by little memories that you've forgotten about.
